Q: We are in the process of building a business case for a new HRIS and would like to collect information on the systems that others use, especially for those who have implemented a new system in the last year or two. We’re not ready to talk with vendors until we’ve completed our requirements document but would like to get a sense of whether or not we’re adequately budgeting from both a time and cost perspective.
